Oh, Harrison Burrows, he’s our man,
Oh, Harrison Burrows, he’s our man,
If he can’t score it, no one can,
He’s the pride of the Blades today!

Oh, Harrison Burrows, hear the fans sing,
Oh, Harrison Burrows, hear the fans sing,
He’s the one who makes the goals and cheers,
We’ll back the Blades for years and years!

Good Lord, man….
Can’t work out the tune.
The lyrics are appalling.
The whole thing is cringey American high-school sugary-sweetness.
There’s not a single ‘fuck’ in it.

Apart from that - it’s a winner!

Was this first song at the 1925 cup final by men in collars, ties and caps? I can just hear the posh tones of the Pathe News reader; “And the Sheffield fans, resplendent in red and white rosettes, were in great voice as they cheered on the men in stripes. Inside left Mr Burrows was sure to give a sterling performance as they raised his name to the rafters”.

Burrows, Burrows, Burrows
Harrison Burrows will always burrow
He'll burrow a tunnel tonight
O'Hare will be looking on in delight
Harrison Burrows will always burrow

To the tune of follow, follow, follow.

If he was a rabbit that would be really cool!

Apart from taking a cracking penalty, am I the only person who thinks he's a tad over rated? Of all the players we could lose to the the prem this summer, he'd be the first one I'd let go.

He's young and English = daft money! 🤞

Think he was outstanding given he had Hamer employing a free role in front of him. With a personnel change there he will absolutely fly,

Yes I reckon you are.

Considering we went into a PL season with Max Lowe, Thomas, Larouci, RND, he has brought a real sense of authority to that side.

He isn't perfect, but I think it would be harder to replace him that Hamer (not that I want either to go).

You are right though, hopefully if someone was interested, we would get significant money for him just because of his trajectory!

Agreed. Burrows is exactly what the new owners want and the odds are that if he progresses further next season then we will inevitably sell. But the return on our £3mil will be significant enough to buy a replacement of similar ilk to when we signed Burrows, keep us out of FFP and help fund signings in other positions. If Burrows leaves for big money in the future then our recruitment has been spot on.

Is there anything actually to this "nickname" of Mr whippy?

If there is, could be something to the tune of we build this city...

He's Mr whippy... he's Mr whippy, he hates sausage rolls
