I agree with you linz about Geary. Been a bit off par than normal - but considering the way he normally plays you've gotta give him the benefit of the doubt.

Kilgallon is immense......... mom for me. BT not a lazy ass......... i was wrong Mr Robson must have been a worse manager than even i thought.

I will never mention Mr Robson again he is in the past and SUFC survived.

Blackwells quote on the Beeb

Sheffield United manager Kevin Blackwell: "We've got to believe we have a chance of getting into the play-offs.

"We've got to win every game, I'm well aware of that, but where we are now is a much more respectable position than where we were eight weeks ago.

"We're on everybody's coat tails and I just wish we had four more games than we have."

Another of Blackwell's quotes being reported in a few places...

"The club was stuck in a rut for whatever reason...It's got nothing to do with Robbo and sometimes it happens."

One of my few away games thsi season, my thoughts were that for 20 minutes it was like a reserve game with no one really up for a tackle. Then the wonder goal and apart from a clearance off the line straight after we had scored Burnley didnt pose a threat. BT was the star, wonder goal and for the second goal it was BT who brought the ball from defence and passed it to the wing. After the Burnely goal we defended well.

Very enjoyable afternoon, its fantastic to be a blade again. Loved the songs for Panicbuy and Fatboy Unsworth.

We saw you at the start mate... we were just up to the right of where you sat for the first few mins... Tried shouting you to no avail :)

We bossed the game yesterday, special mention to David Cotterill from me, he was outstanding on the right hand side and ripped them apart nearly every time we went forward.

Result was never in doubt until we changed to 4-5-1 at 2-0, don't know why he did it to be honest because I thought we could have had another couple if we'd have stayed 4-4-2, but we got the result which is what counts.

Still don't think we've a chance at the playoffs, too many teams have to balls it up so I think it's too much of an ask. Gotta hope we carry the momentum into next season.

Don't leave Paddy out of the praise............. he earnt his wages too....

Aye... noticed afterwards that I hadn't mentioned Paddy :)

So apologies to Mr Kenny.

I do like it when the whole team performs well.

Got in late and it was mayhem, sorry I missed you all, looks like you were just behind me at the begining

Robbie, where your hair?
Robbie Robbie wheres your hair :D

WE'RE GOING TO BURNLEY, TO BUY A HEAT MAGAZINE

Hardly a steward to be seen, which for Robbie, was probably only a good thing. Despite this, he did manage to get his beer confiscated within the first five minutes of the match.

Well I was rubbing up and down against one of the steward supervisors :D

The beer, copper is going to me "Can I have your beer" I'm like "What beer" eventually gave it up, but not before I had one more massive swig ;)

The game itself wasn't the best spectacle, but we played ok at times and deserved the 3 points.

Good to see you too again Linz. Only my 4th away game this season (though going to Southampton) and the first away win I've been to in probably a couple of years. Just wish we'd sacked Robbo a few games earlier and I think we'd have made the playoffs, there are too many teams inbetween that would have to lose too many games for us to make it now.

Mr Beattie wins the MOTM poll again.

Remember to vote after tomorrow's match in the relevant thread :)
