I for one will be backing Him and the Team.
If we play bad for the first half of the first match of next season I won't be one of the Idiots Booing.
Go on Robbo, you can do it :)

UTB

I still haven't booed them cos I don't think that'd help in any way at all.
We don't seem to be getting any breaks in our favour, not that thats an excuse for some of the football we have/or maybe haven't benn playing.

I reapraise (sp?) my 'Go on Robbo, you can do it' statement to
'Go on Robbo, you better bloody do it in the next two games or we're stuffed!'

Still and always UTB

Peope have been saying this from game 1 sadly.

I agree it would be great to get something from next 2 games, but it isn'tm the be all and end all if we don't.

Anyways, as for Robbo, my feelings when he became our manager have deterioated from what I first thought. I thought it was the wrong choice and he couldn't do anything for us. It is in fact worse than that, he has made us a laughing stock in Sheffield, playing crap football (with patches of sunlight) and saying the same old crap after every game about "not being happy" and "working on the mistakes"

I'm not one for getting rid of managers at the drop of the hat, but something needs to happen. I said I'd like to see him given a full season, but now I'm worried that if he is given a full season, not only will we not be promoted, but there is increasing likeliness we may get relegated.

well i still havn't booed, just don't clap anymore.

and.......bumpy :) anyone changed their minds?

I haven't changed my mind. I always thought he was the wrong person. Speaking to my mate Worcs Ian on the Kop on Saturday, we estimated that Nobsor has regressed United by at least five years since his appointment.

I can't boo them as I see it as being totally counter-productive, but I'm getting bloody close at times. The statistic about the number of points garnered by Nobsor and Heath makes stark reading.

I'd like to see Coleman lured to the Lane, but it seems he's favourite for the Bolton job.

1 step forward 5 steps back. same old united.

every blade fan ive spoken too says no to him. so why get him?
hasnt impressed me though as a manager..... we want to go forward and i cant see him doing it

not changed my mind!

if Mr. Robson doesn't get anything from the next 3 games, the board surley have to atleast consider his position.

but please go now, i dont think any blade wants him as manager and he can take that nob-head Kidd with him!

Let's see...

In the words of General Custer at the Battle of the Little Big Horn, "Rat's cocks."
No, not me.

I really really hope we get the last laugh. lol
I too hope we get the last laugh. Not looking too likely, is it?
Sadly I believe this WILL be the last laugh we see for a long time :(
See?
I know I've been out of the country for a while but I do not understand why we are giving Robson such a hard time. 1. His record of getting promotion from the Championship and in the Premiership is better then Warnock. 2. He has the profile to attract and keep good players. 3. If he needs money to win, he has it. We spent a bundle building this team and there is more to come. 4. If he needs help to coach he has Kidd, who already knows the strengths and weaknesses of this team. Seems to me these are far better odds than when Warnock took over. Like I said before, it's time to stop complaining and get behind the Manager. You never know, we might surprise ourselves.

Hmmmmm.

I agree with supporting the manager, I'm not in the habit of booing just for the sake of it. The last time I booed was in the dark days of Charles Green and Mike MacDonald shagging the team, manager and fans up the proverbial.
I do however stand by what I said when Robson's appointment was announced.
I didn't think he was the right choice then, and I certainly don't now. We've gone from being very optimistic about our promotion chances to worrying about a relegation dog-fight, and no matter what your feeling on the subject, that is not good enough for this club.
There seem to be only two answers to this for the board. Either stand by the decision to appoint Robson, and hope and pray that things get better, or sack him, and do it now.

can see us getting about a point in next 2 games :(

Fix the midfield we said. So he buys Carney and Hendrie, if they were not injured they would contribute. So he is stuck with the same midifeld, the same one that dropped us from the Premiership. Add to this Morgan's personal contribution, three mistakes, three games gone. No manager could have planned for that, Neil would certainly have stuck by his man. Without those mistakes we would be in the top half of the league. So be dissappointed if you must but be realistic. He's not going anywhere and if the defence can stick to one goal a game we are on our way.

I would have agreed with all of that if I had not witnessed the matches!

Carney is not injured and Hendrie has been dire up to now.

Morgan has been very poor too!

:D:D:D

why hasnt he brought anyone on loan then CFA if both players are injured?

Carney did get injured just as he was getting into the team. I still believe Hendrie has more talent than anything else we have got. BUT the bottom line is that without Morgan's mistakes we would be playing poorly but in the top half of the league. Nobody can coach for that!

Oh right, it's all down to Morgan. Well least we know the problem now.

Morgan has been the cause of most of the mistakes this season. Not all of them but the big blunders have come from him.

As for the midfield most of the midfielders are there that got us promoted but that means f**k all if there so low on confidence and playing out of position.

It is the job of the manager to sort problems like this and at the moment he seems to be doing f**k all.

As much as Morgan has been a disappointment this season (although most of you was creaming at the prospect of him playing after a few decent performances last season) I wouldn't go anywhere near as far to say he has been the case of "most" of the mistakes.

He hasn't been up to scratch, he has given away 2 needless penalties. And made a fair few mistakes. But so have a lot of other players.

Mail says gonna cost a million to sack Robson.

Can we start the whip round soon please.

Also says McCabe has given him 5 more games.
5!?!?!? I wouldn't give him more than 2!

5 games would take us up to the two week break, perfect time to bring in a new manager.

Will also prob take us below Wendy and into to relegation zone!

Confidence my friend.

Leicester are quite an attacking team (granted they may no longer be with Smegson in charge) and I think we can take advantage of this like the other 2 attacking teams we have come up against this season (WBA and Bid Bad Wolves)

My usual upbeat confident we're gonna win attitude has vanished ATM. :cry2:

Sornob has sucked the faith out of me.

Leicester fan at work dislikes Smegson as much as most Blades dislike Sornob at the moment. Both of us have no confidence in our teams ability to win.
I know the Blades squad has the ability and the players to walk this division, but something just aint right at the lane this year and we've only had one thing really change and He has to go sooner rather than later IMO.

it seems that our "leader" isnt worried about relegation
 I AM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's nothing to be scared of if you've seen it as much as Robbo!
