Blues' opening league game of the season at home to Sheffield United has today been selected for live transmission by Sky Sports. The Championship fixture against Kevin Blackwell's Blades will remain on the original scheduled date of Saturday August 9, but it will now kick-off at 12.45pm....

That out of the opening fixture is the stand out one, so the obvious choice. Not just from a blades point of view, from a realistic view IMO.

Remember what happend the last time we were the first match to be selected for live transmission in the Championship. ;)

Bristol City v. Derby County and Reading v. Forest (I think it's that way around) are also on Sky.

last time we were on television first game of season?

We was robbed of 3 points by the dodgiest penalty decision i will ever see.

Yeh gayorrrrsssss!

What time wake up for this then if people are going on the coaches ya reckon?

its only in brummievile, should only take just over an hour, but on the official coach it will be a 9am depart.

The fact its on sky now draws up the decision of either going, or spending a little less in a pub

think i might watch it on TV now instead of going
not sure though :)

Im unsure as im trying to save and that, but never been there so really fancy it

You've been allocated as part of the away package with me and a group of lads :D

I'm assuming that means you're driving Tino... I do hope you get all your petrol money paid for.

When he drove to Southampton he had more than his petrol paid for ;)
