Time will tell but if reports of debts fast approaching 50 million pounds are true then the future of the clubs 4 star £15 million Copthorne hotel may be in doubt, one way of increasing the low occupancy rates may be to consider tenants from the DSS or to sell it out right at a reduced price to the likes of the youth hostel association.

Fast approaching 50 million, so it's gone from £37 million with assets outstripping that to nearly £50 million in about a week.
With the amount of cars in the carpark today and the full foyer I wouldn't say the occupancy of the Hotel is that low to be honest. (and where are the figures to suggest low occupancy? any facts to back up that, or is it just a guess/lie?)
