Was speaking to a Man United season ticket holder tonight.

He said he watched the match, really enjoyed it and was impressed with our team. Said we were impressive and asked if we always play like yesterday. He also asked where David Brooks has come from, said he’s a real talent and all the PL scouts will be watching him.

Told him that yesterday was only his 2nd EVER start in league football and he only made his 1st ever start last week.
Explained that this season we’re planned to loan him to League 2 Chesterfield to get some experience.

He just laughed in amazement, said he’ll be in the PL very soon.
He’d like Man Utd to buy him.

It looked amazing from the upper tier. Having seen the video from the two different angles, it is without doubt a sensational piece of skill by Brooksy.

He was magnificent yesterday and deserved to cap off his performance with a goal.

Not quite and I think you're (unintentionally) doing Billy Sharp a disservice. He's up slightly before the others and the speed of his reaction says a lot about him. That would be worth a couple of yards start to him on the pitch.

I went to school with the bloke who wrote that piece. Coincidentally I walked past him on my way to work this morning, although I'm not sure he recognised me and I only realised it was him at the last second.

I smirked to myself after he'd walked past. He's a diehard piggy
