2. How do you feel about your chances this season (obviously, everyone else thinks you've got a great chance) ?
Top 6 - Not certain of a top 2

3. What do you make of your signings, how good are they?
They appear to be very good signings but they will need game time to gel together. Nether the less, they will know what is expected of them and they will be organised.

4. Who's your stand out player in you squad?
For me personally, at the minute it has to be Murphy.

5. Score predictions?
1 - 1 I expect it to be a very close and tight game with neither team giving much away. Whoever scores first will try to shut up shop but won't hold out. I would expect our goal to come from a counter attack.

1, Too early to say for sure: Howard, ?, Harris, Collins, Maguire?, Flynn, Murphy, Basham, Scougall, Baxter, McNulty?

2, Good, but we're a striker short of being genuinely confident.

3, Steady signings of the sort that raise little expectation but build a much stronger squad. Yet to see enough to find out who the stand-outs may be.

4, Maguire who is likely to be sold before the game.

5, Absolutely no clue whatsoever. Are Brizzle any better than last year's shambles?

2) Top 6, possibly top 2
3) Good quality however we haven't got that 25 goal a season striker that we desperately need (yet).
4) Scougall or Murphy at the moment but some exiting youth coming through.
5) Tight game, low scoring as we haven't got that striker so 2-1 to us.

I think Bristol City will be contenders for automatic. In Cotterill they also have a shrewd manager who always gets the best out of his sides. If Ayling is the same kid I suspect that played LB against us in the PO's for Yeovil a couple of years ago then along with Little (P'boro), Freeman and Wilbraham they've invested well. I'm gonna go 2-2 first game.

1 - what sheffielder said, maybe swopping Baxter for mcnulty, hopefully Maguire still in the back four
2 - top six, need to see the new team to be any more confident
3 - absolutely no idea but seem to be solid league one signings
4 - Maguire and Murphy

1) Too hard to judge this far away. Perhaps: Howard, Harris, Maguire, Collins, Alcock, Basham, Doyle, Scougall, Murphy, Flynn, Baxter. Big ifs in that: in central defence, where Maguire may well be sold, and up-front, where hopefully we will have a new player.

2) 10th-5th. No real evidence the squad is any better than that yet. From the team from the second half of the season, that went on such a good run, we have lost 2 key players in Brayford and Coady and may yet lose another in Maguire. Still needs to be seen if replacements are up to the same standard.

3) Main worry is the lack of firepower up front. McGahey hopefully should step in if Maguire leaves. Alcock has big shoes to fill, but central midfield looks strong.

4) Stefan Scougall. Exciting player, brought in in January supposedly for 'next season', but quickly stood out. Can dribble at pace, times runs into the box well, commits defenders. He gives us great flexibility in midfield, linking superbly with the attack.

5) 0-0, and I imagine both managers will be satisfied with this as a good result from a tricky opening fixture. Blades fans would be less happy.

Our only chance is that every body else is shite or broke or both – or has a manager like yours!

Not much. Hoping for the best – expecting not much from most. Need McNulty to be brilliant and Campbell Ryce to be at the top of his game consistently and Basham to be a player and playing every week!

4. Who's your stand out player in you squad?
Maguire. For now.
Murphy when he's gone.

0-0. Hoping your manager will **** up like last time and be too negative,

Hard to say at this moment, but at a guess.

Again hard to say until we know our full squad, at this moment I think we will struggle to gain promotion, a top 10 place but a possible playoff or higher depending on how good the new talents are.

Unconvinced, I know nothing about any of them.

Maguire, but if he leaves then Scougal for the energy he brings to the team.
