Should have won. Hendo had chance after chance after chance.
We had most of the possesion andpressing play both in 1st and 2nd half.
Riise,Quinn, Boggy,Lowton all linking well and creating problems.
Nossy joining in and also being a good outlet.
Defensive error for their 1st then all united and we deserve to equalise through a a met far post cross headed in by Lowton and should have been 3 or 4-1 up at half.
2nd, we seemed to not put the ball in as much as we should have in the first 15mins of half 2. but we were still dominant and should have won. Mattock, lowry, collins all seemed ok and under no pressure.
I thought the game changed when we made substitutions. Boggy was playing fine.
Henderson should have been taken off. He got less mobile as the game went on and the missed chances he had seemed to play on him.
I cannot see what yeates offers, he does not run enough at players at the moment and is far to lightweight.
With about 3 mins to go hendo decided to not collect the ball well insread looking for a foul. it bounced off him as he went down and they broke away and scored.
One thing that annoys me is we keep pointing to defensive errors. that may have cost us two goals. I will now point to attacking errors Hendo should have scored easily 3 times and possibly 3 others. If he scores the 3 he made mistakes on the 2 defensive mistakes dont matter.

Actually Collins won the header, with the sun in his eyes, it was Lowry's man the ball fell to who scored, but everyone likes Lowry so it's much easier to blame Collins.

He headed it up, which defenders are told to do if they can't get it clear as this is supposed to give their team mates time to get into position. Unfortunately, Lowry didn't do this. I rate Lowry and think he's been good since joining, but he's not beyond reproach.

and Lowton didn't pick up the scorer...he was ball watching....but he isn't the latest scapegoat so fans won't boo him.

Face it,we aren't going down because of Collins,we are going down to mis-management of the club,along with the sacking of Blackwell...the managers since Blackwell have had an impossible job due to lack of funds to buy championship quality players

Agree about the substitutions. We were on top, creating chances which Hendo obliged in missing, but nevertheless we were the better team. Only one that was needed in my opinion was Boggy going off. Him for Bent would've been fine. This is the first time I've thought Adam's should go at the end of the season,

Having watched the FLS, how can the ref see the foul by Doyle and not the kick by Emnes? That said the subs didn't work at all. Hendo was spent and should have gone off,especially after missing guilt edge chances like the 5 or 6 he had.
