Fortunately he is not aiming at barn doors !!At five feet
He's not getting abuse. Five goals in 77 appearances ! He's getting honest opinion s.Lad has had awful injuries. Potentially career ending if he has reoccurrences in next 1-2 years and all you fuckwits can do is abuse him? Shame on you. Maybe post encouragement for him to stay fit, injury free and start scoring.
He missed some then he missed some more, E-I-E-I-OE I e I oh.
Just honest opinionsHe's not getting abuse.
Hes a fucking wanker.

He cost 7 times more than the GK. Though the GK is (unbelievably it really is possible) of an even lower standard, I think Brewster is miles ahead in the "worst ever" stakes.Brewster has shown he needs regularly game time to improve. Problem is the last time he was coming good he played aboout 6 games straight and started looking like the striker we wanted then got injured.
I wouldnt say he was the worst signing our GK has got that title sorted.
There's a player in him. Personally think he'll bag 15-20 this season if he stays fit and gets some proper game time.his all round play was good last night, nice touches, nice movement, took up good positions. Slashed at one first half, hit a lovely free kick marginally over, hit post ( a bit unlucky imo) and missed a great opening. He played for an hour, most hes played in a long time.
Whilst he might be the worst pound for pound signing we've made, the lad keeps coming back for more. There's a player in him. Personally think he'll bag 15-20 this season if he stays fit and gets some proper game time
Agreed - Personally I really like him and have always been eager for him to do well. But currently he is by far our "pound for pound" worst ever signingHe cost 7 times more than the GK. Though the GK is (unbelievably it really is possible) of an even lower standard, I think Brewster is miles ahead in the "worst ever" stakes.
It's very sad, as he seems a nice lad, but he's our record signing, presumably one of our highest ever wage earners and he's managed 4 league goals in 4 seasons and none at all in the 2 Premier league seasons. He cost 7 times more than the GK. Though the GK is (unbelievably it really is possible) of an even lower standard, I think Brewster is miles ahead in the "worst ever" stakes.
With the current forward choices we have at the moment i would say he will probably get as much time as he can handleHe needs a loan to L1 or L2 where he will play every game. He's not going to be given the time for us next season to get up to speed after so many injuries since he signed.
And so say..... most of usIt's very sad, as he seems a nice lad, but he's our record signing, presumably one of our highest ever wage earners and he's managed 4 league goals in 4 seasons and none at all in the 2 Premier league seasons.
Pound for pound, there can't be any argument, he's the most disastrous signing in the clubs history.
Who still believes in him? I think the vast majority (including me) have written him off.If he didn't come from Liverpool, and didn't cost an absolute fortune, would we still believe in him I wonder?
I dont want to, but we have to now.Who still believes in him? I think the vast majority (including me) have written him off.![]()
Honest opinion is fine, but some of the posts are unpleasant and unhelpful. He's not getting abuse. Five goals in 77 appearances ! He's getting honest opinion s.
I'd love him to start scoring. That's what he was brought in for.
He's yet to do it.
His touch is average, control average at best, link play poor and awareness appalling and as for goals then ‘ not classified’My brother is a Wednesday season ticket holder (we're now both in our 50's so talk honestly about each others teams) and he often tells me that when ever he sees Brewster play on TV he looks a quality player. He actually says....he expects him to come good sooner or later and predicts as long as he avoids injury he'll have a successful season this year.
I kind of agree.....when ever I watch him he does have a look of quality about him. His touch, control, link play and awareness is pretty good.
My main reservation (and it's the same with Osula too). Brewster will have a decent game, not score but be quite unlucky.
He'll almost score a difficult chance, hit the woodwork or the goalie will pull off a great save against him.
Keep thinking he just needs some luck.....but it's the same the next match....and you know what they say.
Really good players always seem to be lucky where as players not so good tend to be unlucky.
So for me the jury is still out and he's still on course to be (based on price) the worse signing in our history.
Last year I predicted he'll do a Ched Evans.....no not end up in prison ha ha....I mean in the final 6 months of his contract (from Dec24 to May25) he'll suddenly look a world beater ripping it up in the Championship and there'll be a clamour from Blades to renew his contract and pay him what ever he wants. This would be so typical Sheff Utd. We've paid out a record transfer fee and seen nothing, everyone thinks "get rid", then just as his contract is about to finish he then starts playing like MBappe.
He's been a terrible signing to date but he does have some excuses because of injuries he's hardly had a run of games
and I give him credit for his positive/ support the team attitude, seems a decent likeable guy too.
I agree, they are unpleasant and unhelpful. But they are also true.but some of the posts are unpleasant and unhelpful.
