Was watching a stream from CBS Sports and the commentator said all 3 should have been a straight red card.

Thoughts?

Commentator must have switched from basketball because in football, no red card tackles in that game today.

Peck’s wasn’t high, he got the ball, etc. never a straight red from a calm and sensible ref.
Clarke cynical and professional foul but not excessive force and not last man back. Not a red.
Can’t remember BBDs, probably erased from memory (like his overall performance).

Potts and cirkin for them both could have had one for cumulative fouls if he’d got cards out early. Potts made a pretty bad tackle on 9-10 mins and then carried on throughout.

As it was, reasonable and no reds game. People so reactive these days. I even had to have a word with myself shouting at the TV on the Potts tackle early doors.

Refs get criticised rightly so, but a big nod of appreciation to Oliver Langford today for stopping the game on 2 occasions and actually been human and applauding himself - just a fuckin game of football outside that

All 3 correct yellows, as was pompeys fwiw
