So difficult to predict matches at the start of the season, new squads and new oppotomism all round. But for every club, and hoping theirs is the team that gels the quickest .

We'll get battered. Brentford are fab. They are really really great and good and marvellous and terrific and supertastic. We don't belong in the same league as them, let alone the same pitch.

I don't see us getting a single point this season. We are in with the big beasts now. It's like a pea shooter against a line of tanks.

It hasn't. You've done your dead-hand best but it hasn't.

There'll be over 25,000 pretty euphoric Blades at the Lane on Saturday. The vast majority of them don't subject themselves to anti-SUFC bollocks on message boards and are more enthused and excited than for many years.
