So the council who seem determined to destroy our city are finally doing something right.

They want to put box junction cameras on the broadfield road/abbeydale road/sheldon road traffic lights box junction, mind you traffick light settings are ridiculous, at the abbeydale road south/archer road/bannerdale road, the average on green time is about 15-20 seconds, red light time 40-45 seconds.
Morons the council are.

Some good news though.

Sheldon road is being designated as 20mph, to match parts of Psalter Lane and parts of Sharrow Lane, evrywhere else is still 30mph.

Prizes for those who don't know the changes, though as many of the signs are the size of a tea cup and generally hidden behind a tree..

I don’t know if it’s unusual or not …but I’ve been driving 49 years and never once had any points or fines. That includes driving in London for a few years and most cities in the Britain.
