If we win at Port Vale it's job done as far as I'm concerned.

Even if we Lose the last three, which we won't, Bolton won't make up an 8 goal deficit on goal difference.
I agree we wont, but if we lost the last 3 Bolton could certainly make up an 8 goal difference, its 6 GD for the bare minimum 1-0's. Hopefully we can confirm the title against Bradford which we should do if we win our next 2 games and Bolton beat Oldham.

After the way the Bolton fans invaded the message boards and Twitter over the last month saying how we were going to bottle it and they were going to win The League I would piss myself if Bolton blew up and Bradford or Fleetwood finished second.

Isn't that going a bit far? Besides, if Bolton blew up their ground would still be intact because it's not in Bolton but in Lostock. If the explosion were big enough to destroy Bolton and the Wanderers ground then we'd all be pissing ourselves but in fear rather than laughter, because it would probably have been caused by a nuclear missile.

I do wish people would think first before they take to the keyboard. If someone hits England with a nuclear attack then the entire season is likely to be cancelled. We don't want that, surely?

Pretty confident CW will be looking to win at Port Vale he won't be thinking about anything else.

it amazes me how some cant see bolton losing a 4 point lead with 4 to go but believed we could bow a 13 point lead over 3rd with 5 to go and end up in the play offs

some fans logic is a bit warped

If the difference is 8, we lose 3 by the odd goal & Bolton win 3 by a gross margin of 5 which isn't a lot, the difference has gone. Good job it won't happen :-)

Why don't you ask them ?
All you have to do is quote them and ask them outright instead of posting vague paranoid questions in the general direction of no one
But seen as they don't exist I think you might struggle

Totally agree with this, not just with what their fans said but also what their chairman was reported as saying http://www.thestar.co.uk/sport/foot...gainst-blades-star-samir-carruthers-1-8412864

Hope they fuck it up big time and Bradford and Fleetwood go up with us.

Yes. Sort of. I want to do thst at a home game but I've a feeling that with the Bradford game being early, we will be hanging around for a couple of hours for other results to come in.

We need 4 points so if we beat Port vale then it's in our hands, no hanging around, we smash Bradford :)

While the pigs are still paying Megson to do his Garden , i want him to still be hurting , knowing what a mess he started at Bolton .

If we lose our last 4 and Bolton win theirs I will run bollock naked around the city centre.

Would love it if Bolton fucked up. So much so if we win the title at Vale I'd happily accept a "rollover" against Bradford to help it happen.

That was Parkinson's third Manager of the Month award this season. The manager of the team that was promoted yesterday has achieved 0 (zero) in that same time. On balance, I'll take the promotion.
That is a hard to believe fact.

I just don't get this wanting opposition to win and not taking our chance at the first possible opportunity. We even had some not wanting us to win yesterday because they weren't at Sixfields. Did it spoil their celebrations, it didn't mine? l'll enjoy the last 4 games and it won't bother me when and where we clinch the title, the players will be presented with tne trophy at the Lane, and I really hope we go into the last match on 97 points because that'll keep the interest right up to the end.

As for Bolton, I want them to crash and burn and lose all their last 4 games after the crap they've spouted and hopefully they be caught by Bradford or Fleetwood.

It's known as B.I.C. (Bladey Inferiority Complex) In severe cases it leads on to Blades Anxiety Nerves And Neurosis Ailment, classified by the WHO Classification of Diseases as BANANA. Main symptom is paralysis of vocal ch

Well, there is intelligent life in Bolton after all. In fact, aimless Hoof is acknowledged as outdated tripe all over the world apart from S2, just as I have said (to much parochial derision) for many, many years.
Shut up son

I dont mind Bolton going up.

Purely because I'd bank on them to occupy one of the relegation spots.

It is without bias or agenda when I say that they are one of the worst sides I have seen at Bramall Lane this season. Any criticism of their club is aimed solely at PP and not at their fans or players.

Apparently PP came close to getting the Blades job. Get it high, win 2nd ball, % football at it's ugliest.

Reason 472 to be grateful we've got Chrissy Wilder.
