Played 45 mins today for the U21's along with Flynny

Welcome back :)

Apologies if already posted somewhere

I know this won't go down well with some, but I'd prefer Wallace to keep his place (which frankly he deserves on merit anyway) and look to move Harris on if he's back fit in January. He is great on his day, but pure and simple can't be relied on to stay fit. There is no point having quality if most of the time it's restricted to the physio's room.

Well personally I'd prefer two good quality players duking it out for the same position.

Oh, and he made 57 appearances last season. I'd say that's pretty bloody reliable.

Last season was great wasn't it:eek:

Hmm. I'll be honest, didn't think it was anywhere near that, but you're right. He does have a history of niggles though, and I think last year there was a suggestion he was playing through injury (a la Howard/McEveley). In fact I'm sure Adkins said this on one of his first injury updates after joining. Wasn't this why people were excusing some of his more error prone games last season?

Big fan of Whispering Bob but got to give Wallace his chance it's his to throw away. Let Bob on loan to get match fit on recall in case Keiron gets injured.

Steady Bob, can't ask for more off a player.

Have I missed something?

Don't recall Harris having an ongoing injury problem.

Its great news that they are back!

Welcome back boys......

I wasn't sure whether to post the pic below on the 'You win nothing with kids' thread.
He won an OBE didn't he? Whatever, just welcome back Harris!

Glad to see Bob getting fit, not so much bothered about Flynn I think his time here should be done, it's possible we could get a bit of a fee for Flynn if we put the word out in January, Upper Scots Championship, lower Scots Premier may be an option?

Cant believe a thread welcoming back a player from serious injury could be hi-jacked.................stoopid me.........does anyone out there actually think that getting a fully-fit squad actually might help things,,,,,,,,,nope??? Sums up this message board for me. Losing the will to live.

Errrr... What?

Wallace is doing well and looks a far better player than I first gave him credit for but its still early days with him at left back. If would like to see him and Harris battling it out for the left back spot with Brayford and Freeman doing the same on the other side

Agreed .... healthy competition for the full-back positions would be very welcome. I believe I would rather take a shit in a bucket full of cobras than see McEveley back in a Blades shirt
