Gents... no need for the shit-slinging. If people want to use this site, they will. If they want to use the other, they will. If they want to use both, fine... the more the merrier.
One thing we would add is that punctuation is awesome and you aren't charged by the full stop or comma. Nor is this Twitter with a 140 character limit. We have many readers and contributors who don't speak English as a first language and so we insist that, wherever possible, "standard" English is used.
If trying to be welcoming to our international visitors makes us "posh", then so be it. We won't be changing this policy any time soon.
And one of your admins was born on the Manor. Posh indeed...
