BLUT Turnstile chaos

Not paint problems in the BLUT, but continuing problems with scanning tickets.

We had 3 tickets, which came together in the post, but only 2 worked. Around us was the same story with paper tickets and plastic membership cards almost randomly being rejected by the turnstile scanners.

Really needs sorting out now.

The kop was ridiculous. Turned up 20 minutes before kickoff and only just got in. Many hundreds still outside.


Why can't they process quicker. Do they need more turnstiles?

Agree. Some issues at the kop turnstiles today. Since the Palace game and my experience with a rejected card i'm on tenterhooks every time I approach the turnstile.
