Blatant penalty decision

Chris Wilder in an interview regarding the Bristol Match said we had a blatant penalty turned down - I cant remember who or what was involved - anyone throw a light on this ?

Just been back to find the above photo but watched the highlights again while I was there, if it's any consolation one of our players almost caught the ball in the goalmouth scramble (he blocked it with his side and arm - as if the ball was going into his armpit)
