Article is click bait. All the dramatic statements of us being rocked, promotion threatened etc then ends with nature of injury unknown.

Wait for confirmation then pi55 the bed
Did you read this bit:

“But a scan in the following days revealed knee ligament damage which will keep Arblaster out for the long-term, with real doubt at this stage over whether he will play again this season.”

Moore probably out? Not saying you are wrong but we've not heard anything have we? I was presuming/hoping that after the break he would be back for the Coventry game.
Looked like a bad one when he did it be very surprised if he's back this week

Some people thought the person in the background of this pic is Moore. Then they decided it was Anel. May even be Cooper, but for sure isn’t Moore

Don’t know who it is but Robbo seems to be marking the opening credits man from ‘Return of the Saint’. (There’s a reference for the kids)

Medical staff want sacking if he’s been allowed to continue with an ACL injury. Pure negligence.
Agreed... caveat this by saying im no physio but by all accounts knee ligament injuries have fairly obvious symptoms Physios can't be letting him play 5 more minutes in a ultra intense game if they even suspect knee ligament

I don't think it's that simple. The normal checks on the pitch aren't foolproof

Until someone invents portable MRI scanners, then there's always going to be cases where it doesn't show up on the pitch. There's been numerous instances of sports people playing on with ACL injuries

Respectfully disagree. These are professional people in charge of the health of professional athletes. There are quite simple tests that can be carried out, without the need of equipment which could indicate a possible ligament issue.

Allowing him to continue is unnecessarily risky and IMO, really exposes an ongoing issue the club have had for several years now with long term injuries.

I respectfully disagree.

All diagnostics on the pitch will have come back negative. They will go through a set procedure and ACL would have been first thing they look for.

If he has done it. Then it'll probably be a very minor tear. Hence why they had to send him off for second opinions and he was walking around on it later on.

Most people associate ACL injuries as fairly catastrophic that can threaten careers and usually lead to the player being totally immobile. But I've had knee injuries and torn ligaments in the past. They vary in severity and like I said there's numerous instances of sportspeople not even knowing they've done their ACL until after the game they got injured in.

No its not pure negligence. They are not always easy to detect, even by professionals. It has been known for footballers to play multiple games before being fully diagnosed.

Agree. If it's a full rupture, you can tell straight away (and the player would hear the "pop" you often get). Not so with a tear. It is often not immediately apparent, especially given swelling.

That's exactly my view and experience of things.

Also, I find it a bit distasteful when people are all over social media calling for people to be sacked and their livelihoods taken away.

Why take the risk ? Use a substitute

Will be a big miss no doubt about … that lad is in a different class…

Peck has until Jan to prove himself consistently in that role otherwise a first 11 signing is required

Gutted for the lad, he will come back stronger and better.

Genuinely didn’t think it was going to be serious after seeing him in the pub after the game.

Might have thought it was only a grade 1 mild sprain initially but it turned out to be a partial tear under further review (that, or there was additional damage to the other ligaments, meniscus etc). You're right if that it was a full tear we'd have known immediately
