Afternoon all,

Hey, a win, I remember those! Roygbiv and I are in buoyant spirits after United's first win in forever, and a fun game to watch overall. You will certainly find us firmly in the "I do not care who we beat, as long as we get a win" camp. Talking Mousset, Burke, Bogle, Osborn, Happy Gilmore, VAR-less football, and lots more in this quicker pod (next pod will include our next Memorable Match review, as well as the Newcastle defeat).

Thanks for listening and UTB!

And here on Apple and Spotify.

Looking forward to this one! Been trying to go running more this year and your podcasts have been helping me through the long and slow miles!

Great pod guys, nice to listen after a win. Loved your bit on VAR, I hate it with a vengeance and I'm so looking forward to a VAR free season. I just hope it doesn't creep down the leagues. It's only redeeming feature seems to be in overturning harsh red cards, as particularly an early red card tends to ruin a game.

Totally agree on the VAR point, you just cannot celebrate a goal in the moment with VAR, as it is always in the back of your mind that there could be a minor reason for it to not stand. When that's not the case, you can react to the match in the moment, which is what football is about. Wont miss it. That said, the WHU goal being ruled out was class!
