It’s my favourite blades podcast but that’s not taking anything away from Tufty club or 4 blades in a pub, I love all the formats equally it’s be good to get all 3 of them together for an end of season review

Enjoyed the pod a lot more than recent pods for some reason .

A few things I’ve noticed having watched MOTD that I didn’t initially appreciate:

• Berge’s pass out to Baldock unsighted for the first goal was exquisite.
• Reverse pass from Osborn to Enda for the 2nd was equally impressive.
• Mousset nearly misses his goal, my wife remarked at the time that it just hit him and actually it did.
• The ball from Baldock to Berge for the 3rd was excellent, very confident play.
• Egan’s smashing of the ball was again the deciding factor in the VAR, same as against West Ham

I suggest rewatching that from the reverse angle (the final one of the replays of the goal), where he makes a very deliberate change to the angle of his left foot in order to deflect it in. If he doesn’t do that, the ball very likely goes nowhere near the goal. Very little time to react, it was actually a very good instinctive finish.
