Darts has a scoring system that’s absolutely genius for hooking viewers. Plus a booze culture for those who actually turn up.

Without that I doubt many would cross the road to see arrows being chucked into tiny spaces. As skilful as it is.

Went in for some speaker cable and had the full Mel Smith experience, minus the salad dressing….

That being said, pool in my local pub (at least when it concerns the 2 Pool League Teams) feels more like a sport than a game as it is super competitive.
