In The Past Few Games Leigh Bromby And Derek Geary Have Outshone For The Blades Carney Played Well First Half Against The Pigs And Robson Takes Him Off Can Anyone Else Put Up With His Bullshit Excuses And What Does It Take For Someone To Realise That He Is Not A Motivational Manager He Has No Animation On The Touchline And Is Never Seen To Bollock People What Has He Won As A Manager Nothing Lets Cut Our Losses And Get Someone Who Does Care About This Football Club:)

bet that took a while with all the capitals :p

It puts a capital at the begining of each word if you do your full sentence in CAPITALS. So it's not like the OP put a capital at the begining of each word.

With regards to the OP's comments, I would agree about the performances of late, but Bromby made a shocking mistake for the Owls' first goal.

They're may be ulterior reasons why Carney was taken off too.

Edit - Robbo has also won 2 promotions as manager.

Which was?
Because I don't think he did.

Welcome to the forum

Were we watching the same match? Bromby especially had a mare,
He didn't take the stick from the grunters well but prior to the derby he's done well, which is what JB said.

2nd goal, maybe. First goal, he was ball watching and drifted into the middle but I'd say Armstrong was most at fault. Woefully out of position and comically clattered into Speed (was it?).

2nd goal I'd agree with, but for the first I believe he did the right thing.
If he'd gone to mark Sodje, Johnson could have turned Kilgallon, having lots of space and giving him a chance at goal so it was necessary covering.

still say that bromby had a mare against the grunters, but prior to that i conceed to you

Yes, exactly. But if we'd had Armstrong in position, they wouldn't have had a man over.

I agree that johnson could and probably would have got past killa, but then it is down to Paddy to commit to johnson. Bromby was eight yards away from sodje, and im not convinced that he knew he was there. He should have been in a position to intercept/put into row z the cross that came in.

So for the first i strongly suggest that bromby was at fault (although i would like to point out that i dont feel he wasnt solely**(SP) to blame)

As for JB's other point regarding Carney, I was convinced he must've picked up a knock or something. Any news from this seemingly ridiculous decision?

I think you are pretty much spot on with your assumption that Robbo is now looking to see this season out and re-build in the summer and like it or not, we are going to have to accept that he will be given the opportunity to do this.

With just over a week to go in this transfer window I would be surprised if any significant signings are made. Robson has made it clear that he only wants players that have proved they can play in the premiership and I doubt any players of that standard would sign for us given the current state of affairs (league position, fans after the manager’s head, players being publicly criticised).

Handing out contracts to players before you have had time to asses them is poor management no matter how you look at it but I doubt many were upset at the time when the likes of Tonge, Morgan and Monty were tied down following some impressive performances in the premiership.

Speaking from a purely personal point of view, I was happy that Robson came out and criticised the players after the derby because I though, Paddy aside, they were absolutely shocking. Of course Robson is to blame also but he takes his knocks every time the fans turn on him and I for one am glad the players didn’t get off scott free. From a management perspective it was probably an unwise move, but I will not get on his back because I agree with what he said.

Bromby was running with Sodje, Bromby left his man, Sodje pulled off to slot home with nobody near him.

2nd goal I'd agree with, .

You see, for the second goal, it was a good finish and not all Bromby's fault, his positioning wasn't that bad, just got beat to the ball.

If he'd gone to mark Sodje, Johnson could have turned Kilgallon, having lots of space and giving him a chance at goal so it was necessary covering.

So what you're saying with this is that Johnson should have had 3 men on him at all times? In case he got past Armstrong, then turned Killa, then Bromby should be there to block? No no no no no.

I don't care much on positions for the remainder of the team, but I'm very analytical of positioning from defenders (one of the reasons I don't like Naysmith BTW) and Bromby was fully at fault for the first goal. Whether the ball should have been allowed to get in the box is another matter.
