Therein lies the problem in my opinion, it seems apparent (from my bias perspective) that we have a very strong case but the fall-out from enforcing the rightful punnishment on the hammers will lead to a world of controversy that could have massive repurcussions.

21 teams in the premiership is more of a reward for us then a punishment for West Ham and therefore i don't see how this is a fair outcome (but one i would ne happy with).
