On my stream it was quite clear that Fleck seemed bothered by something after the final whistle. He seemed to he explaining himself to someone about something & then later still justifying what he'd said to whoever it was to McBurnie.
I wondered if he was annoyed that he didn't get his hat-trick, possibly angry at McBurnie for not finding him in the box with that cross late on. To me this seemed harsh, as McBurnie did most things right... anyway, I think these extra highlights have answered it.
Watch from 11:50ish. McGoldrick must have said something to him about not playing him in for a one on one after Fleck had just carried it 50 yards up field. Fleck got caught in two minds (& on a hat-trick) fluffed his lines & butchered the opportunity.
McGoldrick, low on confidence, is probably more sensitive than ever about things like this. Really hope he gets his goal soon.
