Off out of the house to this one shortly post Bacon Butty with Brown Sauce courtesy of the beloved (creep) and to be honest at the minute I am feeling fairly positive vibes which have been brought on by an improvement of late.

Form wise Swindon are a bit like us in the past. At home they are pretty steady and win a good few games which is why they are riding as high up the league as they are, but like us in the past they have struggled to carry the home form with them on the road especially in recent games however this is a team who have turned over QPR (cup) and most recently Rotherham (4-0) on the road so they are capable on the day and we have to respect that.

For those who remember we beat these at home towards the end of last season. DW1 had just been sacked and this was Chris Morgans first game as gaffer. I remember it just about, McMahon salammed in a couple of decent crosses that Chris Porter and Dave Kitson managed to get onto the end of.

Team wise McGinn is facing an 11th hour fitness test due to his knock at Cambridge which isn't at bad as expected, even if he is declared fit by the doctor it is touch and go as to whether he will feature dependent on what clough has in mind. Other than that the team are fighting fit and we have no other problems leaving a few players to scrap it out for positions.

Swindon are without a key defender in Nathan Byrne who is serving the last of a 3 game ban. Ex South Barnsley player Nile Ranger has been in the bad books with the gaffer for skipping training so whether he features or not who knows as Mark Cooper has been making an example of him.

Three points today wouldn't fire up up the league and we can only move up 1 place but with a couple of bottom 4 having tough fixtures it could potentially help us pick up a couple of much welcomed points on them and potentially we would could move to within 3 points of the holy grail of a mid table position.

Least Season:

Home: Blades 2 - 0 Swindon (Porter & Kitson)
Attendance 19,298.

Away: Swindon 0 - 0 Blades
