Sky barely show anything of us, it was the same in the Championship. I think some in the editing room have a blind spot when it comes to our highlights.

What you don't see in the highlights is the number of times we came close to creating a huge chance, but blew it with our final ball. Mousset on the counter attack had something like a 3 on 1 situation with our players bursting forward through on goal, he made a complete hash of the pass & the momentum died.

We made some excellent openings in the second half - good saves by their keeper and a difficult chance for Egan that flew just over the bar. Billy was superb holding up and playing people in. Mousse shifted us up a gear when he came on

I was in the home end, which was the same stand as the Blades fans and the view was terrible. Like watching the game through a letterbox.

I did not enjoy the game because the view was so bad that I couldn't follow most of the play on the away 'end' side.

Lunny and Egan with the best.
Moose did well but a few better (less selfish but understandable) decisions and we would have been 3 up.

They have the excuse of rushing the highlights out for 5:15pm. Although last season even when they didn't put the Championship highlights online til nearer 6pm they still missed out key highlights from our matches. There were a few games last season where we had only won 1-0 but totally battered the other team yet Sky would barely show any of the chances we created.

I learned the other day that each player is allowed to give three away and after that they get billed for new ones. They just make them up from club shop stock. . . The bigger worry is later in the season when only the xxxxl and xs sizes are left and you see a player looking like Hot Shot Hamish or looking like he’s wearing a tent.

Fail. Who on earth would cut the grass after a match ? Maybe its a hoover to get the grass to stand up again after its been stood on ?
