Exactly this. If a defender deflects an on target shot in then its still a goal to the shooter.

Quite right too. All this talk about it being "lucky" and a "howler" - well something very similar happened at Everton, maybe both did had a degree of luck and defensive errors but also if Ollie knows that sticking it in that area has a reasonable chance of it resulting in a goal then he deserves some credit too.

I'm still convinced Moose should claim the goal at Stamford Bridge as well. That would take two goals away from Mr OG but nobody would be too worried about that, apart from the Pigs who spend hours scouring our stats.

We shouldn't have to wait til late Sunday night to get some proper highlights. I know Sky do half an hour of match highlights but they only show them on TV but that is fine if you have Sky Sports.
