The loss are the promotion bonuses we paid. And our wage bill is one of the lowest in the PL, so gearing is fine.

Talk about grasping at straws, just wait until you’re League 1 with prices fixed because of your 10 year season tickets. You’re in absolutely terrible shape and FFP means you can’t chuck money in to keep it afloat. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

That's not actually true if you read the accounts. It may be borrowed from DC not the commercial markets but it still borrowed and showing as loans on the accounts.

No, it's loyalty payments. I get this is probably a novel concept to you guys, but we paid out a huge hunk of change because our team delivered and therefore got their bonus'. The alternative is what you practice, which is pay upfront and through the nose regardless of success and then whine about being held to account.
We did it on the cheap! But how it hurts your little piggy brains that you throwing daft money after daft money while simultaneously cheating the system didn't work.
Go on with your nonsense, and run off wee wee wee all the way home!

The reason it jumped to £21m loss was BECAUSE we went up. If we hadn’t gone up it would have probably been around the £2m mark again.

What’s the corona virus going to do to us. Reduce our income to just £90m instead of the expected £120m? Yeah we’re really going to struggle managing on that. It’s almost as if we won’t be getting another £100m plus chucked our way again next season.

You on the other hand will be just fine. All that money pouring in from sponsorship and gate receipts.

No doubt your season ticket sales next season will be through the roof given your fantastic performances this season. The financial whiz kid Chancer is yet to show us how he’ll get on with no income coming in once the monies generated from your 5 & 10 year season tickets are spent.

I’m sure he can think up some more fake companies though. Trouble is has he ran out of money or will he be asking daddy again?

Just so jealous we haven’t got time travelling Chancer and instead only got the Prince who’s connected to one of the richest families in the world. Not that we need any money from him. We’re minted mate. We can actually run our club from income we’re actually getting in for real, from real sponsorship and real Premier League prize money which we’ve you know, earned.

I can’t believe you have the audacity to question our accounts given the shambles going on at your own club. We were light years in front of you in every way before we even went up.

Your club on the other hand is nothing but a joke, just like you.

About as expected.

The next set of accounts will likely be a much bigger loss due to no Ramsdale type selling ( although maybe a few clauses of his triggered) and lower parachute payments AND promotion bonuses!

Edit - it completely bypassed me that the accounts will be for this season, not next.

Wage bill (excluding bonuses) should have been lower in 22/23 though - not nearly enough to balance out not having a Ramsdale type sale though.

But the accounts do say we are to receive £24 million in player sale instalments, which could only really be due to Ramsdale sale.

Doesn’t really tell us much with that analysis. Bit simplified “loss would be greater without player sales” had we not written off the amortisation in line with the same accounting rules the loss would be less. Just sexing up what little is there.

Big loss as expected but the balance sheet will be more informative even though it’s just over a year old.

As the docs aren’t available at CH yet l wonder where he got the P&L from but hasn’t posted the full accounts.

Although they may not all be in the next years account they will be coming.

I forgot we sold lankshear and another kid for a few million too. This new set of accounts would also factor in hiring and firing Slav.
