A lot of Chelsea's charity work is through Individuals, ie Jose Mourinho is Patron of charity CLIC. And Chelsea promote it quite a bit through the club.

And as for Liverpool, I don't believe the figures show events organised by teams, which I hear Liverpool have done a lot of. Although no proof of this.
