The ground has plenty of 'soul'. Whatever else, it's a real old school sort of venue which has always seemed to have Tardis-like qualities of seeming much bigger on the inside than the outside.
I am sat between G & H Blocks (ST holder) and bought my tickets some weeks ago and they are for the same seats, so G & H Blocks will be open!
I would imagine G & H blocks will be closed
why? do you know that or only guessing.
Very much doubt it will be closed in the same way it wasn't closed last years for the cup games, or Southampton this season.

Fuck Off
My keyboard is hard as fucking nails........
Were the chip butties greasy though?
It's not. I'm in H. I'm sure SYP will have the bottom corner closed off just in case someone manages to get over the front of the stand, run 20 yards whilst passing 30 police offices, to attack the Spurs fans.I would imagine G & H blocks will be closed
If you say so mate. I'm dropping the subject until next week. If you are as good as you say you are I will put my hands up and give you props.
Try taking 10k away when your team have won feck all for about 100 years and get sold down the river by countless chairmen.Crap support ho hum. Thatll be the crap support that to over 10k to Milan or 2500 to Burnley on a Mon night for a cup game and talking 5500 to Sheff next week. Or took over 1k away to a youth game a couple of seasons back.
It's a well known fact that 95% of the atmosphere comes from the away fans, it was quite obvious that you would make more noise last night, your league 1, just over 4,000 and a semi final.

Please do. Any time the mods want me to stop posting they only have to ask, really not an issue. I'm only here til next Thur anyway.
Hope you are coming to the Lane and hang around at the end to enjoy some noise.
Retract my statement? No disrespect mate but what's that got to do with what I said?
On that front, tuesday should be good, I hear Yorkshire ob don't take no shit, 6,000 yids + i imagine that's the top & bottom tier?
Curious to know what you lot think of mobs in the premier, who have you come across, who do rate etc... I know for sure you lot can pull a good mob together and Wednesday can't even come close, cheers for the warm welcome to your forum by the way.

Who let the flare-off?
When I went in there was a phalanx of security guards. The little doggy sniffed me and then I seemed to by-pass every other security hurdle the metal detector, search etc.
I think it must have been my shaggy beard, pipe and the slight limp I put on to trick the security fellas.

Erm... I'm not sure what "mob" you're referring to, but may I kindly suggest that this is not the place for fucking idiot bellend blokes and impressionable fucking idiot children to discuss meeting up to kick the shit out of each other, as pleasing as the thought of that is from a Darwinian perspective.
i saw 2 of yr bods chuck 2 flares through the railings where those flats out, opposite where you go in, they were observing the stewards and realised they will get a full search. The flare was let off in the row directly in front of us and completely unexpected. Until that point, the most outrageous thing the lads had done was hand out Rich Tea biscuits. I'd never been so close to a flare and it made my night, like a day trip to the San Siro. It also made the Trig contingent easy to identify on the Sky coverage when I watched it again yesterday.
I'm not sure what happened to the lads. A search dog came along, had a sniff (there were remnants of Rich Teas on the floor, maybe they were a distraction tactic for the dog) and the lads were asked to accompany the security people, which they did and not sure what happened to them, it all seemed amicable.
Trig Jnr took issue with the term Search Dogs on the back of the hi viz jacket on the basis that there was only one dog, so the plural was incorrect. The security guard didn't seem interested in signwriting semantics![]()
