Getting boring now. The intention was to raise the issue of a lack of loyalty/solidarity shown to a fellow blade who was cracked by madine and to raise the issue of this being a general problem from what I have seen, with blades starting on other blades. Maybe I should have structured my argument better to ensure forum police like you dont have a reason to bleat like a fanny? We're supposed to be a blades family, so explain to me would you be ok with a fella who broke the jaw of one of your brothers? Or...are you just concerned about crying "ooh its another madine thread" and making yourself look like mary fuckin whitehouse?

It clearly wasn’t a false allegation as the bloke ended up with a broken jaw.

But it won’t surprise me one bit if the account given to the police/court was a bit economical with the truth in order to possibly secure a bigger pay out.

The false allegation was related to the reasoning for the assault. Which JBE Blade claims was an untrue account and gave the accuser who made the allegation as his source.

If he’s telling the truth he’s just grassed a mate/aquiantence up in a public forum.

If he’s telling porkies then that’s a lot more troubling.

If he’s lied in court, it’s probably not a good idea to risk getting yourself in bother by telling mates about it!

If my brother was acting a twat, and in a 1 on 1 fight, got his jaw broke, that's fair.
If he was minding his own and just got smacked, then I'd be the one breaking jaws.
If a kid that supports united is stood being a twat in a boozer and opens his mouth and gets sparked for it, blade or not, it's none of my business, if you can't hold your own, keep your fucking gob shut! Simple.
Fortunately, at 6'1 And 20st, and having played a fair bit of rugby, boxed, and worked on the doors for 11years, I'm pretty confident at holding my own.
If it affected you so much, why didn't you stick up for the kid that got smacked?? But at the end of the day, you've still started another Madine thread, and you'll have to live with that.

Oooh ive started a madine thread, how awful.Firstly the press report from court says it was unprovoked. So you saying thats incorrect? If it was provoked i would have more sympathy for madine. Secondly i go to the games with my young son so you reckon i should pile in and put him at risk? Im a big fella as well pal and have also boxed as amateur plus done some mma, but im not stupid enough to risk my lad getting involved in a brawl with a bunch of coke heads.trust me if i was by myself and i saw some lad being bullied by a bunch of chavs id crack some skulls. Fucks sake pal.

But your asking if I would back my brother in a fight??, I go to games with my kids too, so are you insinuating that in some way your circumstances differ from mine, and I should stick up for someone and you shouldn't???
And, do you honestly think that someone who got smacked for provoking someone, knowing they're famous, would tell the police, "oh it was my fault officer, I kept calling him names until he hit me", dream on.
You don't know exactly what happened the same as me, but, I know some lads that saw it, and I know what they said happened, so without any concrete facts, do you really think your in the right by churning up shit you know very little about???

The press report was reflecting the court judgement, it wasnt an opinion piece so no need to question it in terms of bias or factual content. Anyway if all these people saw the incident and knew what really happened, did they not report it to the police?

That’s because it’s a brief summary of that day’s court proceedings. The journalist isn’t going to write a full in detail report of the entire case.
