Just had a phone call from the Lane trying to get me to go to the Mick Jones Legend night on Thursday.

Hope they don't start bugging us for everything or we may have a fall out!

I know someone who went to the first one and said it was excellent. Sounds like they can't sell tickets for this one. Too much too soon maybe, might have been better leaving it until later in the year!!

Dad's going to this one... so we shall see.

United plug everything far too much - we we inundated with St. Patrick's Day night leaflets at the sale on Sun, we had leaflets for St Patrick's Day & Mick Jones night in our carrier bags.

Gets a bit stupid really - doesn't look like good marketing - looks desperate.

I love being cold-called, either in person or on the phone. The next person to get me to buy will be the first. I used to flog double-glazing, and know most if not all of the tricks.
