I was allowing it if they represented their country. Hell, Jack Charlton and Mick McCarthy took English "Irish" lads to World Cups.

I recall a time when we always seemed to have a nippy jock in the first team? I think Stefan Scougal was the last one.

McBurnie doesn’t count. He’s as Yorkshire as Hendos Relish. :)

You have sadly omitted Michael Verrips, Marcel Cas and Laurens Ten Heuvel from your list of Totaal Voetballers.

We must have some sort of record and monopoly on so many crap players from one historically good footballing nation.
