After the match last night Blackwell said, "But I was delighted with the players. I told them to go out and shown how good they could be, and they showed the heart and spirit that is associated with Sheffield United. Eight of these players won't be here in four weeks time, but they put their bodies on the line for the club."
Now, forgive me if I'm mistaken, but how did he manage to get to 8?
The only ones I can think of are: Simonsen, Nosworthy, Seip (is he on loan?), Bartley and possibly Harper, as no-one seems to know if he's on loan or here permanently. He's also possibly counted Monty in that too, seeing as it seems unlikely we'll be giving him a new contract. But that only brings us to 6.
Am I missing something, or is Blackwell just sputing his usual crap again?
