Sheffield United boss Kevin Blackwell has praised striker Billy Sharp for his efforts during a tough first season back at Bramall Lane.
The 22-year-old returned to the Blades from Scunthorpe United last summer, but struggled to make his mark before finding the net in his last three league outings.
Blackwell told the Sheffield Star: "When you look at what's happened to him over the season he deserves the plaudits.
"Billy has learned over the course of the season the hardest lesson of all in football, that's that you've got to treat success and failure in the same way.
"I'm delighted to see him to come through the other side. I think he'll go on to be a top-class striker now."
Nice one
