So he's joining a rugby side then, which one KR or the other one. Who knows he might actually rediscover how to score in the funny shaped ball game!!

Tigers pursuing Fagan and Sharp

Fagan left Hull for Derby in a £750,000 deal in January 2007
Hull boss Phil Brown is in talks to bring striker Craig Fagan back to the club from Premier League side Derby, reports BBC Radio Humberside.
Brown also revealed he has been in talks with Sheffield United about striker Billy Sharp.

"There is interest in bringing Craig back to the club," Brown told BBC Radio Humberside.

He added: "[Sheffield] United have got a plethora of strikers, we have asked about them all, including Sharp."

Any deal for Fagan would be a loan with a view to a permanent move in the summer.

Brown said: "If the financial situation was right then I would be interested in bringing Craig back.

"It has to be a loan, Derby are trying to tie a permanent deal in behind it and that's what the contractual situation between the two clubs is all about."

Wouldnt mind him going permanantly to be honest :D

While ever i want him to succeed at the Lane, he isn't, and at this moment in time we need players who can score...not sure who that is exactly, i could apply the same post to Hulse too.

I wouldn't want him to go if he was doing his job no, but he isn't, so i want him to move on to a team where he can be of some use.

None of our strikers are scoring so I think we should sell them all!! :D:D:D

I want Billy to score loads and become a legend. At the moment the only thing he will become is laughable. It's a shame, because as a Blade and a professional he will be feeling it more than any of us, but we have to face the truth, and that is as a striker for us he's been a failure. A crying shame, but unless he scores a load of goals before the end of the season, it's inarguable.

Indeed, this is the trouble. I also want him to do well because he's a Blade in every way and he tries but he just doesn't seem good enough. He does have some good skill but all of this comes to nothing when he gets barged off the ball so easily and his pace isn't exactly hot. Pace-wise he is no better than Webber.

All in all, this is a dilemma for the fans. Their heads will tell them "get rid of him because he hasn't played well". But their hearts will tell them "no, he's a Blade down to the skin, he'll bang them in loads when he finally nets one".

It's a tough choice, but I for one am sitting on the fence, waiting to see what happens between now and the summer.

No, There to expensive :D

Billy's problem is that he is a blade. Sometimes he tries to hard.
Or league 1 must be easier...

Wouldn't complain if he left, he's not done/doing the business, and it doesn't look like changing any time soon.

If he wasn't a Blade, the fans would have been hounding him out of the club by now and you all know it. People say Beattie is lazy but I thought Sharp was alot lazier than Beattie yesterday.
