We've had someone tear into the team for scoring 2 goals and keeping a clean sheet. Well done for that, it's never good enough to have a clean sheet and score multiple goals let's bring back Adkins he'd change that.

I'm just wandering where the usual suspects are when it comes to criticising the leagues top goal scorer who bagged a brace? Someone please write a rant, he didn't even score a Hatrick, what's that about?

So all in all please someone manage to write some drivel about our captain and sign my petition to get Adkins back because winning games just isn't good enough.

I made a similar point yesterday. At any other club in the country, a man who saved them from relegation one season and fired them to the top end of the table in the second season would be universally lauded for such heroics.

Not here though, oh no. The sniping crticism he received earlier in the season has now given way to faint, begrudging praise. Meanwhile, our Golden Boy number 15 who has decided to play properly for about 4 months out of 23 is a candidate for a 3rd car park statue.

Anyway, Billy, you are loved and appreciated. At least by some of us.

It annoys me because I usually enjoy the post match positivity and views from Roy etc, it gets me in a good mood but it's drowned out by people who will moan for the sake of a moan.

If only there was another forum they could use, one renowned for moaning tripe, they could call it bladesmad or something like that...

To be fair, the meltdowns I saw on here last season and at the beginning of this one put Bladesmad in the shade.

Theres a difference between freedom of expression and just coming out with any old shit for the sake of diversity. I agree that the forum can be most interesting when theres a two sided discussion but give it a rest, some times theres no need. When is the forum at its best when people scrape the barrel for any negativity they can find for the sake of discussion?

I don't think Billy gets anywhere near the credit he should do,

Yesterday, the buffoon Riley on Channel 5 drooled all over a goal from Simon Cox, which was basically a run on and lob over a keeper well off his line (I'd have scored it), Pundit Virgo only acknowledged Billy's first goal as 'great' in passing because of the volume he's scored.

Billy isn't just about tap-ins as yesterday's girl showed. It was the best goal of the day in any division for me, unbelievable technique. If Diego Costa or Sergio Aguero had scored it, the pundits would have been showing it over an over again. The one TV angle we've got on C5 doesn't do it justice, I was sat almost in line with him when he hit it, it was unbelievable Jeff!
