The problem Billy has, or more pointedly Chris has, is that I think Wilson has to start most games. I don't think he could play with Billy, so there's a big decision to make. I think if Ched were fit, then he'd likely use Wilson as a bench player and risk him being recalled.

It's ad nauseam at this point but that's why you never write a player like him off. He's not that quick, he's not very big, he doesn't hold the ball up well, he isn't particularly skillful, but two touches from him are the difference between 0 and 3 points yet again.

Done it twice to Leeds this season. When his name appears on the team sheet an hour before kick off the opposition manager must be saying "Whatever you do, don't give him any space in the box", and then a minute in to the game that happens.

Been saying it in recent weeks, Billy is one of the best strikers when you're making chances and one of the worst when you're struggling to create. He finds space in the box so well and it's not his fault if the ball never arrives.

Wilson won't be recalled. He can't be recalled until the end of the season. Wilder gives no guarantee that any loan player will start.
