Thinly veiled attempt to trick us into being complacent - do you think that Tufty will fall for it?:):p:D

The Argentine believes the side's "fate was decided" by the 2-1 home defeat by Wigan on 19 April.

"In that game we had 15 chances to score and more than 70% of possession. The final result was a decision of God," he said.

"We should have finished in the top two this season. We have had many games that we deserved to win that we didn't win.

"Obviously it was not our destiny to finish in the top two. We have needed twice as many opportunities to score a goal as other teams (at the top of the table) but you can't say to a team that has had all those chances that they did not deserve to win."

The cunning little swine

Wigans win at Leeds changed everything, a normal result would make everything different. But Wigan had all to play for and the championship is a close call. Top vs bottom at this level is another cup of tea to the premiership. We're going into the game vs Ipswich with the highest odds of a home win by the bookies ever, yes EVER.

Ive heard our Vera is doing the post match interview against Villa.

Bet Chris n Knilly are sat pissin emsens over a brandy and a Peroni.

Wonder what's their record in the FL since DerbySpyGate?

Would be instant karma should they both meet in the Play Offs.

Its all well and good creating chances but if you don't finish them and the opposition have one chance and score - how many times has that happened - then you can only look at yourselves and think that they needed to be more clinical.

I've noticed Bielsa looks a broken man after the Wigan game and his post-match comments seemed to indicate that he thought all was lost and I'm sure that must have passed onto his players for the Brentford game. When we went three points behind Wilder kept upbeat and didn't let his emotions get the better of him. That's full credit to Wilder in my view.

I’m sorry, I love modern passing football as much as the next person but that alone doesn’t mean you deserve to win.

Finishing is a important gauge of how good a team is. What he’s essentially saying is his team isn’t good enough at scoring which is the whole point of football.
With you on that mate.

I was fortunate enough to get back home to watch the 2nd half of the Leeds Wigan game in the red button, sky tv isn’t shit it, Anyway...... for all the possession Leeds had 2 good chances, most of the time they twatted the ball into the set of twats (Leeds fans) behind the goal, be it from a shot or a cross.. Wigan had the better chances that half.

Oh and every time the Wigan keeper went to fetch the ball coins were cobbed at him

seeing as they pretty much spied on everyone before and including Derby and could still go up in the playoffs, the calls for karma are pretty premature.

I dont know exactly when Spygate was but Leeds have lost 7 out of last 17 games.

It's only a few weeks back when Leeds were ahead of us after we dropped points at Brum then v Bristol and Millwall. All the top 3 have dropped points a few games ago people would have laughed at us catching Norwich as it stands now we could either stay in 2nd drop to 3rd or even win the league it's not over yet. We will never have a better chance than we have now we just have to go and grab onto it. Bielsa does look a broken man though and I'm not sure the game stats say they should have won more games, to me it says their strikers are shite and or they are shooting in the wrong areas. To me you are far more likely to score from 20 yards than 35 yards maybe he should have another think about his power point presentation it may need a tweak or two.

After we'd all played 23 matches this season, we were a staggering ten points behind LUFC.
We've caught them up and passed them after giving them a four game advantage.
A stunning comeback for CW's team.

yeah mind games alright. he's working out how he is going to win 13-0 on the last day..

yeah right :)

Just wondering what happens if Bolton can't complete their fixtures and their games declared null? I think Norwich, us and Leeds will all lose six points with Leeds gaining 3 goals on us and Norwich.
