I guess my only doubt is have we replaced Souza with a like for like/better player?

But I’m going to go out on a limb and say we have a better side than last season.

Absolutely no excuses for Ruben now. But I do have a sneaky feeling he’s gonna get another 5/6 games to turn it around with the backing financially

Different midfield really, you have Soumare and Matos with Arblaster to comeback as well.

I'd say worse than when Souttar and Arblaster were fit, better than after. Should be solid defensively now, creating chances might still be an issue with that midfield 3.

More depth less top end of the division star players. On paper we should be competitive
