Notes on the players:

Jagielka: was no .40 when he came on as sub in the last game of 1999-2000. Was then 21 in 00-01, 17 2001-04 and 6 2004-07.

Spencer: reserve midfielder who never played a first team game

Annerson: reserve goalie who was 40 in 05-06 and 07-08. Was 33 in 06-07, but never actually made the first team.

Roe: reserve defender who was 40 in 09-10 and 32 in 10-11, but never made the first team.

Speed: had retired by this point and was a coach, but called on as am emergency sub at Hartlepool in August 2010 when we were short of players. Didn't make it off the bench.

Maguire: was 40 when he played a few games at the end of the relegation season. Was 19 in 2011-12 and has been 5 since 2012.
