All sorts happened it that one. Old boy Shaun Derry gave away a penalty, and then got sent off in a separate incident both in injury time, a former European Cup winner scored for them, Dave Beasant was somehow still playing, our debutant won it with a penalty and there was even a goal for a young Nick 'Monty' Montgomery!

Also Mark Clattenburg was the ref, that must have been early in his career.

I recall Monty's goal and Derry's rush of rage. That Quashie geezer was once sent off v United playing for Forest I recall.

As I remember that match, Quashie went through Kozluk, Devlin twatted Quashie, Quashie hit Devlin back and got sent off.

Devlin stayed on and the rest of the Forest team spent the rest of the game trying to kick him. They finally got to him when we took a short corner and David Platt (player manager at the time) launched Devlin into space and got sent off himself.

Apparently Platt came into our dressing room at full time to apologise because he knew he'd been out of order!
