Gets him in the shop window in a league that suits him, not exactly pulling up any trees whilst he's sat here on the bench

In all honesty did think it weird he didn't grab minutes against Peterborough.

Especially when lacking match fitness and ahead in the game.

Anything on VIP Blades should be taken with a large pinch of salt / ignored but if Utd can't sell him (unsurprising considering he can't get in Utd's team) then a loan is sensible - in order to generate offers in summer, prospective clubs will obviously need to see him playing and having a bit-part in Utd's run-in won't be anywhere near sufficient.

It would leave another gap that needs filling with 12 hours of the window left so I predict nothing will happen.

Got to be rubbish...if theres one way of knocking his value down further its sending him on loan to a third rate league

Can’t see this for one minute.

If he leaves either permanently (probably too late now) or on loan it’ll be a financial decision to try and recoup as much money as we can.

Him going back to Belgium gives us very little chance of making any sort of money back or even getting a substantial portion of his wages covered very unlikely.

Though I didn’t think it was a bit weird too how he didn’t come on at the weekend. But both Norwood and CH both had really good games. Perhaps Fleck going on ahead of him when IN came of was telling but who knows.

I guess we have we're ok for numbers in midfield if everyone is fit:

Fleck, Norwood, Hourihane, Osborn, Guedioura for the two CM places.

but everyone being fit is an issue. If we get another CB then potential Bash could push up as well.

If we can sell, we should do so. If we don't think he's going to be that good for us, then loaning with wages covered also an option.

i think a few people noticed that and its 2+2=5

Berge, for me, looks a few kgs too heavy for this league and the Prem. That shouldn’t be confused with being fat.

I think he needs to be much more athletic, leaner but stronger.

Jack O’Connell looked similar when he came in but by the time he hit the Championship he looked lean and athletic rather than sluggish.

Little known fact but Sander Berge translates to "Dean Hammond" in English

Breaking news Titanic just arrived in New York. Lord Lucan as captain 🤔🤔🤔

I honestly don’t understand why so many supporters seem desperate to get Berge out.
Personally I’d see it as a massive step backwards for the club.
Get him fully fit, get him running with the ball, get him feeding the strikers.

But that’s the thing, he doesn’t run with the ball. He’s as timid as a mouse. He gets the ball, strolls a couple of yards and then turns and passes back. He’s shown almost nothing to warrant his transfer fee, if he cost £200k you’d be screaming to get him out of the club.

What?! He's hardly been fit this season. But everytime he is, he's left players for dead... And let's not forget, that's not even his game.

He's not a winger. He's a linking midfielder that can carry the ball.

Class player. We need him to get fit and actually be a huge asset, both on the pitch and when we do eventually sell him.
