Fleck was outstanding tonight, as someone earlier said that was his best performance for a long long time. Some of his touches to bring the ball down were sublime, he made it look effortless. Norwood, MGW, Berge and Baldock also very good. Dare I say first half Mcburnie was alright as well, and by alright I mean he was actually useful.

Problem with mgw he trys tricks to much when it's a few times a game it looks fantastic when it's 10 times a game the law of averages tells you it's not gonna come off,but it's like sarbs said look at his intensity in the 89th minute he will run through brick walls.
Put him in a team with more creative outlets and I guarantee he picks and chooses when to go for the flicks more.

You can say that again 😂

My problem with Berge is he too often seems to slow things down too much by going sideways, backwards or is just too slow to decide what to do. This enables opposition to regroup or reset their defence. When he does run/drive forward at the opposition he looks great. He is very difficult to get the ball off, but we need more of that and some goals.

Thought berge did really well holding on to the ball today and was much better at winning headers/regaining possesion than usual. Although I think he was too slow on the ball a lot of the time when a forward pass is on or he has the chance to drive forward, personally think his talent is best used pressed higher up the pitch but he can be great in either role

Flecky was the MOM and it wasn’t even close. Was great to see glimpses of the phenomenal player from 2/3 years ago.

MGW could have got at least 3 goals last night. If only one of those goes in there will be no complaints about his trickery.
Without it we are 5 or 6 shots on goal fewer. One has to go in sooner or later. If he backs himself instead of others it will come good eventually.
We owe Bournemouth a belting after the game at their place.

I like having a player with a trick up his sleeve, we've had too many mundane functional players with a mundane functional style.
Some players are full of tricks but offer nothing, some offer everything they've got but will always be boring, functional and mundane.

MGW has the right balance between showboating and being effective, he has both, which I think is fantastic.

Fleck MOTM for me, but it was interesting that with flecky playing like that it allowed Sander to roam a bit more freely, Flecky, MGW and Sander and McB, linking up very well.
Thought the whole team played well.
