He'll play the best he's got, like he did against Middlesbrough. It's obvious what his strategy is, use the squad against the shit teams to allow us to use the best we have against the better teams. It means we can look disjointed, but we have the quality to win games even when we don't control them.

Except against any local rivals because Wilder also gets all bladey blade and plays not to lose, through the fear of the shame and his own pride.

I'm normally a bit more optimistic, but I'm not about this one. Not really because I'm negative about us but because, as much as I hate to say it, Leeds look really, really good.

As for the table, I honestly think avoiding defeat to Burnley might be enough. It's alright smashing defensive records but they're the ones right now that look most likely to drop points. The gap between the top four and the rest of the league is big enough that promotion is likely to be decided by a few draws stacking up.

After the Leeds game and should we win, there’s still 12 games left. We aren’t up until the stats say we are up

As I've said previously, there are four outstanding teams and all four of them are quite capable of winning 10 or 11 of their last 13 or 14 games
If that happens all four could end up close to 100 points. What a sickener it would be for two clubs getting that amount of points and missing out.

I just hope that two point deduction doesn't end up costing us, but in true United fashion it wouldn't surprise me

Peck put in some woeful performances recently and gave away a few goals. He comes out the team for a couple of games to get a rest, then puts in his best performance of the season and looks our best midfielder.

To be honest if we are serious about promotion, we can’t blame the 2 points deduction at the start of the season. Performances like the Hull at home match or any other seriously poor dropped points performances that might happen would be the ones to blame.
