I’d be disappointed if he came back.

He was terrible for us (granted playing out of position) in his second spell. Was poor for Derby last season.

When you look at his career overall apart from a couple of hot streaks he’s been an extremely average championship player.

I would much rather get another premier league loan in. Give me Rak-Sakyi back over BBD all fucking day long.

I went on their forum just now and it was far from all not wanting him back. In fact mist were keen for him to return or ok with it. He played mostly right wing for them last season too which isn't his best position in my view.

He's a player who had one decent season a few seasons ago; before and after, he's very meh; can occasionally cause problems, but other than that? Still, it's a reflection of where we are now and the limitations of our scouting network

I honestly think you can forgive his second spell.

He was very good first time around and didn’t let us down in the Premier League.

Last season when he arrived he’d been chronically underplayed and was continually playing catch up.

By all means rank him as you see fit but I do think personally that sample is unrepresentative.

Would take BBD assuming he plays off the left. Never really let us down when played there. Would also free up Gus to make a number 10 which I think suits him as he gets less mobile.

Could do a lot worse. I like BBD. Provided he is played in the correct pisition of left wing/left hand side of a front two. Still only 27. If its a free or a small fee only, then its a clever and valuable signing. Id be pleased anyway. But then i dont have a CW agenda and i just take each signing as i see it.

I HOPE for someone with room to grow and improve. With pace and athleticism and some imagination shown.

We're incapable of thinking that far ahead. All CW and the recruiting team are doing is fire fighting for the now.
BBD for the third time, looks like CW's return apointments have set something of a precedent at BDTBL.

27 year old, knows the club/Wilder, play him in his actual position as others have said and maybe take some of the weight off Hamer.
