Having just filled it in I get:

Charlton 97
Blades 90
Pigs 88
MK Dons 85

The thing that stands out to me is that the pigs need to drop points at both Colchester and Brentford for us to leave them behind.
Seems it may not be in our hands at all.

Sorry Grumps but where are Huddersfield? If you look at their run-in they could easily win every remaining game, (and take 3 points off the Pigs in the process) and could be a bigger threat to automatic than anyone else.

Best win all ours that are left in that case!

It is in our hands, we just need to win more games than anybody else.

As Soton says just win our remaining games and laugh at them in the playoffs

If we win ALL our remaining games, we will be GUARANTEED to be promoted AUTOMATICALLY.

If either Wednesday or Huddersfield (and they both cannot because they're due to play each other) then neither is guaranteed to be promoted automatically.

It is TOTALLY in OUR hands.

It is in our hands. But if we win all of our remaining 8 games that will make a total of 9 league games won in succession. Darren will probably be able to confirm, but I don't think we've ever done that before. I'm not saying that it is impossible, but it will probably be the first time we've done it.

8 league wins on the spin has been achieved 5 times, the last in 05-06, so yes it would be a new club record.

Walsall A Draw
Yeovil H Win

83 points - 5th

We've two toughies against MK Dons and Stevenage where we could drop points hence my feeling that the pigs against Colchester and Brentford [both away] hold the key. They need to drop points in both games in my opinion.

If we only drop points against Stevenage and MK Dons, we only need Wednesday to drop points against Huddersield and Carlisle.

How is it not in our hands?

Not strictly true.. If we drop points in 2 games, we need pigs and huddersfield to drop points in two games also. Doesn't matter who they're against

I accept that we would also need Huddersfield to drop points, but we were talking specifically about Wednesday. In the mentioned scenario, I don't see why we particularly need them to drop points against Colchester and Brentford. That only needs tooccur if they don't drop points against anyone else, and Huddersfield and carlisle are arguably tougher matches.
