Obstruction is a penalty. there was a rule change a number of years back...

Your right. Its not only BBC tv try radio sheff presenter Paul walker A rotherham fan asked him the other day if he had got a new job as PR rep for NUFC. and after the game the other night he also drooled to KE about them being back in the prem.
