I think they need to go around the country to see how other forces police football games then they might stop over policing games in South Yorkshire.
All this meeting visiting fans in designated motor way exits and escorting coaches right to the ground could stop for a start, then again when have SYP ever really learnt their lesson?

How much tax payers money did the waste on their cover ups?
The money is soon found when it comes to political games.

I guess just to echo what's been said already; perhaps if SYP actually managed and planned the policing of games better, they could reduce costs. I can't think of many instances over the years where I've thought that they got it right, at a football match.

Why on earth is the figure for Piggie Swillsborough more than double ours ?
Does each officer have another one rewriting his statements ?

16-17 season we were in league one. Less fans to police.

Just someone trying to draw attention to themselves. Football matches have to be policed anyway regardless of whether theres any trouble or away fans

maybe we bring it on upon ourselves?
if we all didn't go around tipping crips out of their wheel chairs, kidney punching the elderly and eye gouging kids we wouldn't need policing.

Ahhhh ….. yes but we cannot all be loved by other Club's fans like the deluded scum

UTB & FTP

Maybe if the senior officers were promoted for their policing skills rather than their politically correct skills ……. the quality of SYP would improve

SYP have officers with 'politically correct' skills?
Can anyone tell which ones they are?

Yes, but PCR did not have twice our average attendance.
Exactly. How many teams brought an 'element' to the lane when in league one?

It's nearly every game in the championship.

Away attendences are sometimes 6 times those in league one.

I used to support the police but now when an incident occurs they put up blue and white tape so they can f k themselves from now on;)

Fair point, so it will be interesting to see what the 17/18 figures are in comparison.
