The severe punishment is to be applauded. Now all we need is a law permitting the summary use of batons & police dogs on the youngsters who get involved. That would soon sort it. I might almost even support withdrawal from the ECHR if we could do that.

During one of my many lives, I was subject to a beating by baton at an away game in Poland.
